Rome 2 Owners Will Get Early Access to Total War: Arena

August 9, 2013 by Stephen Daly

Acquire ‘Legion’ exclusive goodies with Rome 2.

Total War: Rome 2 owners will get early access to the beta of MOBA title Total War: Arena, the Creative Assembly has announced.

Those who pick up a copy of Rome 2 will be granted 'Legion' status, entitling them to advanced beta access, exclusive in-game Legion Armoury bonuses and about $15 of in-game currency.

Alternatively, you can sign-up for 'Vanguard' status on Arena's website which will also grant you early access to the beta as well as exclusive Vanguard items. However, Vanguards will not get any free in-game currency.

Total War: Arena was announced at the Game Developer's Conference in March. Total War: Rome 2 is set for release on September 3rd and you can now check out the game's latest Let's Play video which shows a skirmish between Macedonian and Roman forces.
