Bully Trademark Application Filed By Take-Two Interactive

July 30, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

Take-Two interactive files a trademark for Bully, just a week after the Agent filing.

Take-Two Interactive, the distributor for games like Grand Theft Auto, filed a trademark application for Bully – Rockstar's open-world game set within a school.

The trademark application specifically mentions "computer and video game programs and software" and is clearly registered by Take-Two Interactive.

Just last week, Take-Two also renewed the trademark for the long time developed game, Agent. First announced as a PlayStation 3 exclusive, many believed Rockstar North cancelled development on Agent a while ago, but the renewed trademark could prove otherwise.

The timing of the trademark oddly coincides with Take-Two's earning conference scheduled today at 4:30 pm Eastern Time.

We will update this story if any new information releases.
