The 3DS games library continues to grow larger and larger with upcoming release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies.
Using evidence and logic, the player must find contradictions and lies in testimonies to find the truth and rightly prosecute those involved.
In this 16 minute demo, players will see a case unfold as the player tries to piece together the story in a cohesive string of events. In the video, you can see Phoenix Wright as he listens to the testimony from police officer in regards to a bomb case. After listening to the testimony, the player can cross examine the statements made to either disprove them with evidence or find loop-holes through asking more detailed questions.
To give a specific example of a finding a lie within the testimony, Phoenix claims that the police officer couldn't possibly have seen the bomb timer if the bomb stayed concealed within the teddy bear.
Because the video was captured off screen, we unfortunately can't see any of the 3D effects the 3D will output.
To unravel cases for yourself, you can play Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies this fall on the 3DS.
