The developers of Halo 4, 343 Industries, have put out the bat signal for a would-be multiplayer designer to work on a new Halo game.

The listing reads as follows:

Candidates should understand how to work effortlessly across the studio with various design teams to make sure 343 Industries aligns to deliver on a quality AAA user experience. Under the "responsibilities" section, the listing reads that the multiplayer designer will have to work closely with both the game's Lead Designer as well as with Multiplayer Software Development Engineers to "create a new competitive multiplayer experience."

It remains to be seen what that experience will be, exactly, but it's undoubtedly referring to a next-gen title currently in development at the studio.
