Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for the PC. The game, which was previously only available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles, will be available on the PC this summer.
The Komplete Edition will include all of the downloadable content, including the new warriors Skarlet, Kenshi, and Rain, as well as Freddy Krueger. Additionally, the game offers 15 Klassic Mortal Kombat Skins and 3 Klassic Fatalities.
Originally developed by NetherRealm, High Voltage Software has taken up the task of porting it to the PC with the help of creative director Ed Boon. The studio was previously responsible for developing Conduit and Kinect Star Wars.
The game is set for release on August 2 for the Windows PC.
