Yooka-Laylee Releases On Nintendo Switch 14 December

November 29, 2017 by Jordan Coetsee

Includes some exclusive additions for the Switch!

While Yooka-Laylee, the quirky 3D platforming title already released on Xbox One and PS4 consoles a couple months back, Switch gamers will finally get to experience the title on Nintendo’s hybrid console, alongside some swanky additions 14 December.

Some of the notable additions include single-JoyCon play across all eight multiplayer games, a custom Achievement system, and of course, the consoles biggest selling point – portability.

‘Players can expect a quality experience both on and away from the television and on top of that, Switch players will benefit from the huge list of updates we’ve added since launch such as a brand new camera mode, control improvements, menu options, music… and a lot more!’

Pre-orders for the title will become available December 7th on the e-Shop, which will likely give you a couple of benefits as well as the ability to pre-load the title before it finally launches mid December.

will run at 900p docked, and 720p in handheld mode. If you digged Super Mario Galaxy and the most recently released Super Mario Oddyseey then this is definitely a title you’ll want to get your hands on.

This game is available right now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
