The full roster for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite might have just been leaked online. Neogaf user, Ryce, states that he was given permission to share the roster and decided to put it all on Neogaf.
The roster contains some expected fighters like Spider-Man, Chun-Li, Ryu, and Captain America, however, there are some surprises as well including Doctor Strange, Monster Hunter, Gamora, and Nemesis. There is a total of 28 characters, 14 from Capcom and 14 from Marvel, but as Ryce states one character from the Capcom side is missing, presumably Frank West.

Ryce also goes on to note that one of the first DLC characters will be one of Spider-Man’s enemies – Venom. The X-Men and Fantastic 4 seem to be absent and that is mostly due to the hard ban FOX implemented on those characters, but that’s not to say there out of the picture from future DLC packs.
However, make sure to take this all with a grain of salt as none of this is officially confirmed. Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is set to release for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 19. You can check out the first story trailer for the game right here.
