While fans patiently await the highly anticipated Destiny 2, as promised Bungie will continue to support the original Destiny and that starts with the return of the monthly Iron Banner.
For the first time ever, Iron Banner’s game mode will be Mayhem Clash. Iron Banner will begin next week on May 9 at 10 AM Pacific and will end on May 16 at 2 AM Pacific.
“Before your next adventure begins in worlds that are unknown to you, there are still battles to be won in the world you’ve protected these past few years. If waiting for more news about Destiny 2 has you anxious, channel some of that energy in the arena.”
Destiny 2 is slated for a Sept. 8 release date for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Players eager to jump in early on the action can pre-order a copy of the game to receive access to a private beta later down the road. Also, if you pre-order your copy from Gamestop, you will receive a neat mini Cayde-6 figurine as a bonus.
