War, war is hell. This is especially true now for Blitzkrieg 3 players as developers Nival has officially unleashed their neural net bot named Boris into the game. You might have recalled Boris, the name given to the latest neural net bot, as developers Nival has alerted gamers of his existence in the past month.
The development team has crafted their artificial intelligence carefully as they opted to not include any hidden abilities that would give Boris an unfair advantage. Instead, the bot slowly learned the game and crafted its own strategies.
Apparently, Boris has been crafted so well it’s hard to distinguish his motives when compared to other players.
According to the press release that was sent over, Boris can be used to help keep the game be a bit more fresh and entertaining for those who may want a new challenge.
“Once you fully read someone’s strategy it’s not interesting to play against him anymore. Boris is different, he’s not easy to read. He acts tough and unpredictable, so he can amaze you over and over again.”
Since this bot is now given access to be challenged by players all over the world, it will be interesting to see if Nival can further tweaked and enhance their bot.
In order to challenge Boris, players will have to create a custom game and upon completing the battle parameters you will have the option to add an AI as an opponent.
