One of the most anticipated video game releases set for this year is arguably Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands. Ever since the video game was revealed, gamers have been eager to get their hands on a copy and Ubisoft is doing a great job further hyping up the upcoming title. Today, a new trailer has been posted online showcasing a live-action adaptation of the upcoming installment of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon series.
We won’t spoil you on what occurs in the trailer as its relatively short being just under two minutes long. As for the video game itself, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands will mark as the tenth installment in the Tom Clancy Ghost Recon franchise and also happens to be the first game to feature an open world environment.
Being set in an open world environment, Ubisoft is allowing gamers to complete missions with a bit more freedom. Players will be taking part as a member of an elite special operations unit called “the ghosts”. Sent off to Bolivia, the United States Government has tasked you along with your crew, to take out a drug cartel along with revealing the connection between Santa Blanca and the local government.
Currently, Ubisoft’s upcoming title will be releasing on March 7, 2017, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. However, there will be betas available soon for gamers to get a feel of the game before it releases and ultimately send feedback to the developers at Ubisoft.
