The final piece of premium DLC for DOOM has finally been released. Earlier today id Software announced on Twitter that the DLC is available for all players starting today; they also released a brand new launch trailer, check it out down below.
The last DLC titled as Bloodfall is filled with new content for players. The Bloodfall DLC adds three new multiplayer maps — Empyrian, Boneyard, and Outbreak; a new player-controlled demon called Spectre Pinky, lateral thrusters allowing for short directional boosts, three new hack modules, and new customization options like the Cultist Armor.
The expansion pack also brings players a brand new weapon — the grenade launcher. As you can tell from above, there is plenty of new things for players to jump back into DOOM for. The DLC will cost players $14.99 and is available on all platforms right now.
Id Software has also announced a Double XP weekend to celebrate its final expansion pack. The Double XP is starting today and will last until Monday, Dec. 19 at 12 pm EST.
