Players who log into World of Warcraft for the game’s 12th anniversary will get a surprise waiting for them: a corgi puppy.
If you log in at any time between now and November 30, you’ll receive the Anniversary Gift Package in your mail box, which lets you take off a quest to earn a Corgi Pup—as well as a bunch of other goodies.
The contents also include 200 timewarped bandages, a Celebration package to increase your reputation and experience gains by 12% from kills for an hour, and a ‘Letter from the Timewalkers,’ which starts off a new quest that allows you to earn more Timewarped Bandages by answering trivia posed by either Historian Llore or Historian Ju’pe depending on whether you’re Alliance or Horde. Do so and you’ll be able to purchase the Corgi Pup as well as other items.
