Skyrim Special Edition is set to launch on the PC, Xbox One and PS4 in just a week’s time. The new version of the modern classic is set to offer a host of new graphical features to bring it up to par with current-generation games.
Like many other new releases, Skyrim Special Edition will unlock all over the world simultaneously, so you won’t have to wait for your friend in New Zealand to catch up with you if you’re living in the United Kingdom.
The new game is available as a free upgrade for anyone who owns Skyrim and all of its add-ons on Steam. Owners of the game’s Legendary Edition will also get it for free.
Bethesda states that the game will launch at exactly 5pm Pacific on October 27. Here’s exactly when the game will launch everywhere else in the world:

- 8pm Eastern Time (October 27)
- 1am British Summer Time (October 28)
- 2am Central European Summer Time (October 28)
