Warhammer 40,000 Eternal Crusade has spent a fairly long amount of time in Early Access, but that’s about to change. Today Bandai Namco revealed the game is officially coming out in September. To commemorate the announcement, they have a brand new trailer to show you for it.
“We are committed to delivering the best experience for the release on September 23rd, with a PC version that matches our ambitions in terms of content and quality and sets the runway for our free lifetime expansions.” said Behaviour Digital’s CTO & Senior Vice President of PC-Console Publishing, Stephen Mulrooney. “To pause the development of the console versions was a tough decision but will result in an optimized and extended experience when released.”
Eternal Crusade is a multiplayer video game that takes place in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The core of the game is the endless war going on between the four factions (Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, Eldar, and Orks), and players will engage in PVP and PVE missions where they’ll work as a team with their squad in battle to wipe out any enemy factions that cross their path. The customization options and variety are what help make this quest for glory interesting. Not only are there hundreds of weapons and numerous wearable accessories, but the twenty different sub-factions help keep gameplay interesting along with that.
Warhammer 40,000 Eternal Crusade comes out on September 23rd for PC, with a console version planned sometime at a later date. To check out more information about the game, head to their website, Twitter, and Facebook.
