You play an American Sniper behind enemy lines near the Russian border. It’s up to you how to navigate the landscape of northern Georgia, going across the open-world map in order to complete your overall mission. You’ll have to face the forces of mother nature, with changing weather and day/night cycles to consider when setting forth on your task. The Sniper takes his targets out from a long range distance. Make your shot count. The Ghost takes a stalker approach, doing silent takedowns and eliminating foes quietly. The Warrior raises hell with an arsenal of assault rifles, machine guns, and explosives.
Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 is set to arrive on January 27th, 2017 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. If you pre-order, you get an additional prequel campaign called “The Escape of Lydia,” which adds more context to the overall storyline.
