More leaders are being revealed for the highly anticipated strategy title Civilization VI. Before today, we knew that Queen Victoria will be one of the several leaders that players may have to deal with. Now we’re learning of Cleopatra’s role and her control over Egypt.
The infamous ruler, Cleopatra, will be taking the reign over Egypt and can be a valuable ally if you so choose. There are some valuable aspects in which players will take a liking towards Cleopatra, for one being the Nile River.
Because of her control over the Nile River, the water source will be used to greatly help the growth of crops and likewise, there will be additional trade routes that could be used in working with other economies.
It’s noted that fast attacks are ideal for Egypt during Cleopatra’s trailer, which is posted above for your viewing pleasure. Gamers will find that Egypt will have Maryannu Chariot Archers, which are some of the most elite units that will be available for battle in Pharoah’s army.
Currently, Civilization VI is being developed by Firaxis Games and will be published by 2K Games. This will be a title released on PC which will launch worldwide starting on October 21, 2016.
