Blizzard has announced that they're nearly ready to kick off a closed beta test for the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Mists of Pandaria.
Though the developer has yet to provide a specific timeframe for the test, their historic window between announcing a beta and sending out first invites is around the two week mark.
The beta will be open to friends and family, press, and Annual Pass holders, as well as anyone who opts in on their Battle.net profile. Once the beta goes live, there won't be any NDA, either, so you can expect to see a flood of player feedback and videos shortly after launch.
Hopefully, this news also means that a release date announcement is right around the corner. Given Blizzard's track record with WoW expansions, we can likely expect Mists of Pandaria to launch around three to four months after the beta goes live, so it shouldn't be too much longer at all.
