WWE fans are currently enjoying the latest installment of the long-running WWE 2K series. WWE 2K25 was released earlier this year, and if you’ve been enjoying the game, the developers hope you’ll continue to play. They are working through updates in hopes of keeping fans pouring hours into the game and even some money.
There are microtransactions available in this title for players to purchase various characters. In fact, one of the aspects that was new to this game was the introduction of The Island mode. 2K brought out a similar game mode from NBA 2K series, if you’re familiar with those games and The City mode. If you’ve enjoyed The Island and are looking for another reason to log back on soon, we might have a couple of legends coming via a new story expansion.
WWE 2K25 Adding Nikki Bella & Goldberg?

Countless iconic wrestlers were attached to the WWE promotion. Likewise, new wrestlers are being added all the time. Today, we’re finding out that a new datamine might have uncovered a couple of wrestlers that might be coming into WWE 2K25 for players to purchase. Of course, don’t take this information as anything official quite yet.
Instead, we’re getting word from Wrestlezone, who credits a WWE games content creator and dataminer, Witty Witterson. According to the dataminer, they uncovered that a few new strings were added to the game. According to their findings, Nikki Bella and Goldberg are coming to The Island with the Among The Legends expansion story.
It’s noted that players can redeem 50K VC to play this expansion and obtain the two new westlers on the roster. That would equal $20 if you want to purchase the 50K VC. But again, we’re waiting for this new information to officially come out, as it’s yet to be confirmed. We’re also wondering what else might come with the expansion to entice players to make the purchase.
If you haven’t picked up WWE 2K25, the game was released back on March 14, 2025. At launch, the game was made available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms. That said, it was also released for the Nintendo Switch 2 platform back in July of this year. Meanwhile, it’s worth pointing out that this game is also coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog this month.
