Square Enix published a blog post road-mapping their plans for E3 2016. The Tomb Raider tease came at the very end of the post itself, saying that they’ve got “exciting Tomb Raider news and details on a few new games that our team has been hard at work on,” according to the closing paragraph.
The new announcements will come via the Square Enix Presents livestream show. They’ll use that as not only a platform for announcing new stuff, but to provide looks at their E3 games as well. Developer interviews and other guests are expected to show up too. Tune in to their Twitch and YouTube during that time to get in the loop.
Also, you can expect demos of upcoming titles. The third installment of the Hitman game will be playable. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be present in some form. The newest Just Cause 3 DLC “Land Mech Assault” is also expected to be on the show floor. Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness will be playable ahead of it’s June 28th release. Finally, I Am Setsuna (the homage to old school RPGs game) will be available.
Games from the Square Enix Collective are planned to show off their stuff at E3 as well. Playable demos from The Turing Test and Black The Fall are anticipated to be there.
