Microsoft has shared a roadmap of highly-anticipated day-one titles coming to Xbox Game Pass through February 2025. Spotted by Pure Xbox, the map seems to largely focus on some of the more high-profile games coming to the service in the coming months.
Check out the details of the new roadmap below:
- Frostpunk 2 – September 20, 2024 (PC Game Pass)
- Ara: History Untold – September 24, 2024 (PC Game Pass)
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 – October 25, 2024
- Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 – November 19, 2024
- S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl – November 20, 2024
- The Alters – 2024
- Indiana Jones and the Great Circle – December 9, 2024
- 33 Immortals – January 25, 2025 (Game Preview)
- Avowed – February 18, 2025
As seen above, Frostpunk 2 is available for PC Game Pass subscribers today, September 20. The game was delayed from its planned July 25 release date, and the city-building survival game was first announced in August 2021.
The addition of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 as a day-one title will mark a first in the series. The game will be the twenty-first installment in the Call of Duty series and the seventh main entry in the Black Ops subseries, following the 2020 title Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
Looking further out, Obsidian Entertainment’s first-person action RPG Avowed will be added to the service on February 18, 2025. The game was pushed from its planned 2024 release window in August, though the reason was less to do with polish and more to do with giving gamers more time for all the fun titles coming out in the coming months.
“Explore Eora, a mysterious world first introduced in the Pillars of Eternity games,” the game’s description reads. “You’ll make your way on a perilous adventure through the diverse biomes of the Living Lands. Take on dangerous enemies with your sword and spell-casting abilities, and prepare to make important choices with hefty consequences.”
