Nearly two decades after Persona 3 was released on the PlayStation 2, Atlus decided to reward longtime fans of the beloved title with a both faithful and flashy remake. Persona 3 Reload hit shelves on February 2 and has already sold over 1 million copies, making it the company’s fastest-selling game to date. The show isn’t quite over, as three waves of downloadable content will be made available as part of the title’s Expansion Pass.
During today’s Xbox Partner Preview, the contents of Persona 3 Reload‘s Expansion Pass—available March 12 on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC—were finally made public. The first wave of content will be made available next week and will include additional background music from both Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5 Royal.
In May 2024, the second wave will add Velvet Room costumes for the characters and another set of new music tracks. For the grand finale, the third and final wave will introduce a new epilogue chapter titled “Episode Aigis.” This will adapt the events of “The Answer” from Persona 3 FES, the extended version of the original game first released worldwide in 2008.
“Persona 3 Reload would not be complete without Episode Aigis,” said General Producer Kazuhisa Wada. “The epilogue is sure to satisfy both those who have played the original Persona 3 FES and those who are just starting out.”
The first wave of content will include the following songs from both Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5 Royal:
- Backside of the TV (Persona 4 Golden)
- Game (Persona 4 Golden)
- Junes Theme (Persona 4 Golden)
- Heaven (Persona 4 Golden)
- Long Way (Persona 4 Golden)
- Revelations: Mitsuo (Persona 4 Golden)
- The Almighty (Persona 4 Golden)
- Results (Persona 4 Golden)
