Diablo III’s Lead World Designer Leonard Boyarsky, who previously served as the art director and designer/writer for the original Fallout and the lead designer of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines has left Blizzard Entertainment to rejoin his former colleagues from Interplay and Black Isle Studios at Obsidian Entertainment, including Tim Cain, who created Fallout.
Obsidian Entertainment, which released Pillars of Eternity and Fallout: New Vegas, is currently developing a new role-playing game called Tyranny. Boyarsky’s role at Obsidian is unclear, but the studio has since confirmed that he is now a part of the studio.

Tim Cain also confirmed the news on Facebook.
There’s a good chance that Boyarsky will be working on Tyranny, but we’ll wait for some official word to confirm it before jumping to conclusions.
