Final Fantasy XV Demo and Collector’s Edition Now Available

The different Final Fantasy XV collector’s editions are now available for pre-order on the Square Enix website. You can also now download the demo completely for free.

The different Final Fantasy XV collector’s editions are now available for pre-order on the Square Enix website. You can also now download the demo completely for free.

Final Fantasy XV Platinum Demo features a stand-alone story separate from the upcoming game. This is what it says in the demo’s description:

PLATINUM DEMO — FINAL FANTASY XV whisks players away to a fragmented dreamscape, introducing an original story with a few unique twists. Join young Noctis and his magical guide as you explore the fantastical world of his dreams.

You can download the demo on PlayStation 4 (3.5 GB) here and on Xbox One (4.5 GB) here.

These collector’s editions are also available for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Here’s what each edition has, along with links to purchase them:

Final Fantasy XV Day One Edition (PlayStation 4, Xbox One)

Pre-order the Day One Edition to receive the exclusive FINAL FANTASY series weapon – the Masamune

The legendary sword Masamune is back, specially redesigned for FINAL FANTASY XV. Add it to your arsenal and cut your enemies down to size.

Final Fantasy XV Deluxe Edition (PlayStation 4, Xbox One)

The Deluxe Edition contains all Day One Edition content plus an exclusive two-disc steelbook (Dimensions: 5.34″ x 6.75″ x .60″ ) including both FINAL FANTASY XV and the KINGSGLAIVE Blu-ray. Also includes an exclusive car recolor DLC and the Royal Raiment costume DLC from KINGSGLAIVE.

Final Fantasy XV Ultimate Collector’s Edition (PlayStation 4, Xbox One)

The Ultimate Collector’s Edition, available in extremely limited quantities, is for the ultimate FINAL FANTASY fan. Only 30,000 units will be created worldwide.

Availabile exclusively from the Square Enix Online Store, the Ultimate Collector’s Edition includes all Deluxe Edition content plus an additional exclusive two-disc steelbook (Dimensions:  12.13″ x 9.63″ X 8.25″) containing the official Blu-ray Disc Music (featuring music from FINAL FANTASY XV, KINGSGLAIVE and BROTHERHOOD) and the BROTHERHOOD Blu-ray (containing an exclusive sixth episode). Also includes a PLAY ARTS -KAI- Noctis action figure with Ultimate Edition-exclusive weapon.

The Square Enix Store also offers some exclusive deals available for all collector’s editions. All Square Enix Store members earn an extra 145 Rewards Points, making for 290 Rewards Points in total. Member or not, all purchasers also receive a free FINAL FANTASY® XV postcard set (5 postcards in total).
