According to Twitter leaker MondoMega, a hefty list of Game Boy Advance games has leaked featuring all of the titles that Nintendo has tested for its Switch emulator. The industry insider said in a tweet alongside the long list, “The library of GBA games they’ve tested for this thing is massive. Tested is the keyword; doesn’t mean they’ll all actually launch on the service. Yellow = in the rom folder at some point but not in the leaked build.” While the list does not confirm what games will show up on the Switch, the titles included are sure to send Nintendo fans into a tizzy.
Dataminers discovered the files including a Game Boy emulator called “Hiyoko” and a Game Boy Advance emulator named “Sloop” this past weekend. The emulators were said to have been dumped from the Nintendo Switch console itself, proving that the company could be preparing the classic games for a Nintendo Switch Online release.
