Deck13 Interactive, the makers of the highly successful Dark Souls-esque RPG, Lords of the Fallen, has made a job offer to Hideo Kojima.
Kojima and Konami recently had a falling out that lead to his name being removed from all the titles he developed, including the Metal Gear Solid series of games. Despite his continued involvement with Konami in the development of MGS V: The Phantom Pain, Kojima and Konami are no longer together, as it were.
In any case, Deck13 took to Twitter to extend a job offer as Head of Game Design at Deck13 to the popular game developer, writing:

Despite the offer, it's hard to say whether Kojima will take them up on it. It would certainly be interesting if he did.
