BioWare has yet to officially title the next Mass Effect or announce when the game will be released or for which platforms though PC, PS4, and Xbox One seem like good bets.
Both BioWare Montreal and Edmonton – currently developing Dragon Age: Inquisition which is entering alpha phase – are working on the game. Though few details have been revealed, we know motion capture for characters in the game has already occured and the developers say the game has "amazing" environments.
The game will be "fresh and new" according to executive producer Casey Hudson but BioWare Montreal studio director Yannick Roy has said that Mass Effect 4 will appeal to both long-term fans of the series and newcomers.
Hopefully we'll get to see some of the game in action at E3, EA has set their press conference for June 9th.
