Ubisoft Utilizes NVIDIA Technologies for Watch Dogs on PC

April 10, 2014 by Yesika Reyes

Check out Ubisoft’s latest video showing how NVIDIA Technologies adds more detail to the PC version of Watch Dogs.

Today, Ubisoft published a video on their YouTube page that highlighted how NVIDIA Technologies add more detail to the world of their upcoming game Watch Dogs.

The video talks about the numerous techniques they incorporated into the game to make the game more realistic on the PC using NVIDIA technologies. One of them includes the inclusion of HBAO+ and it basically allows the developers to add more detailed shadows. It is said to be more efficient than previous techniques.

Secondly, Temporal Anti-Aliasing, a new cinematic anti-aliasing technique,  was also highlighted and how it reduces visual noises of flickering when there is movement onscreen. These are just some of the features that allow Ubisoft to bring Chicago to life.

While you wait for the game's release, you can check out their Digital Shadow promotional website to know more about what your Facebook data reveals about you.

Watch Dogs will be released on May 27th for Microsoft Windows, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One with the Wii U version coming at a later date.
