4J Studios has said on its Twitter account that they are "working on ways" to transfer save files from the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft to the Xbox One edition.
Asked if there was any new information regarding the possibility 4J commented:
.@stampylongnose We're working on ways to move Xbox 360 saves to Xbox One with Microsoft. Can't say it'll be there until it's 100% working.

As of yet, 4J has not announced a release date for PS4, Xbox One, or PS Vita versions of Minecraft but they will come after the game lands on PS3 the studio confirmed this week.
Earlier in the year, Microsoft's Phil Spencer commented that some elements of Minecraft "don't translate between Xbox 360 and Xbox One."
However, he later added that Microsoft was "discussing" the possibility of save transfers with 4J.
Minecraft: Xbox One Edition was announced at E3 in June while the PS3, PS VIta, and PS4 versions of the game were revealed at gamescom in August.
