Recently, a six-part dissection of the new Pokémon X and Y trailer has emerged that breaks down things you’d never even think to notice unless you’re an avid fan, with the final segment of the series tacking what could be the difference between the two genders in the game as well as a mystery behind the starter Pokémon.

We’ve seen the new rollerblades being used by male characters in other trailers and screenshots, but at this time, only female trainers have been seen riding the bike. This could be a coincidence, or it could mean that specific genders use their own unique methods of transportation.
