According to raven777 who first reported the discovery on NeoGAF, the game is described as a part of the Halo universe and is designated as a "PC/online game", which could be released in either a package or released online.
The game's description reads as follows:
"A Third-Person Shooter game based on 'Halo' universe where player complete various types of missions."
The page is definitely legit, and running it through a translator reveals the following information:
