God of War: Ascension Legacy Bundle Includes All the Games In the Series

If you don't own a PS3 and have yet to play any of the God of War games, then Sony might just have the thing to remedy that.

To commemorate God of War: Ascension's release, Sony is bundling together a red magenta PS3 with accompanying controller, a 500GB Super Slim PS3, a free 30-day trial for PS+ and all six God of War games released so far.

Called, the God of War: Ascension Legacy Bundle, it will be avaiable on March 12 for a retail price of $349. This bundle will give first-time players or die-hard fans the God of War Saga, which includes God of War, God of War II, God of War III, and God of War: Origins Collection, comprised of God of War: Chains of Olympus and God of War: Ghost of Sparta.

Of course, the bundle won't be complete without the newest entry in the franchise: God of War: Ascension, which is a prequel to the original trilogy. For those wondering why Sony chose magenta red instead of a more ashen color, they state that it's inspired by Kratos' signature tattoo. 

This bundle is definitely one fit for the gods, especially for those who want to know what all the fuss is with Sony Santa Monica's premier franchise.

God of War: Ascension is set for a March 12 release exclusively for the PS3.
