Young Justice: Legacy, which was announced earlier this year, just got a teaser trailer to start to build up excitement for its release next year. There are only about ten seconds of gameplay footage in the 30-second trailer, but it's enough to get a reasonable impression of what kind of game this will be. Each glimpse of footage shows a different three heroes displayed at the bottom of the screen, which presumably represents the squads players will create from the twelve young heroes they'll have access to.
The game is based on the Cartoon Network show Young Justice, and will feature teenage heroes like Robin, Batgirl, Beast Boy, and Miss Martian. The story for the game takes part between seasons 1 and 2 of the television show, with the Young Justice team tracking villains around the world to rescue captured archaeologist Dr. Helena Sandsmark, and hopefully saving the world while they're at it. There'll be fifteen missions in the game, with local and online multiplayer and co-op modes. Some of DC's adult heroes will also appear in the game, including Batman, Superman, and Green Lantern.
Young Justice: Legacy is being developed by Little Orbit, and is due to launch on most consoles early next year.
