During a discussion at E3, senior art director, Dave Johnson, stated that Crackdown 3 will not feature any zombies in the open world third person shooter.
Fans will be happy to note this, considering the fumbling brain-dead creatures were widely disliked in Crackdown 2, the title in the trilogy which originally introduced them. Johnson also hinted that glide suits may be added to the game sometime after launch.
“I wouldn’t say no; we’re always open to adding new things. I think it’s probably one of the things that will be added later if we do end up doing it,” he said.
During E3, the team also released a new trailer featuring the always hilarious Terry Crews, check it out below:

If you missed it, Crackdown 3 will, in fact, support Xbox Play anywhere, allowing players to switch between PC and Xbox seamlessly.
The team also noted that when Crackdown 3 does release it will support Xbox’s Play Anywhere program which essentially means that if players buy the copy on PC they will get a Digital copy for Xbox One and vice versa. This means the title will likely support cross-save capabilities.
Excited to get your hands on Crackdown 3? Considering the amount of studio changes and delays I know I sure as hell am. Crackdown 3 is due out on Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs exclusively on November 7 this year.
