While Sony’s latest console releases, the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro doesn’t offer a physical means to play previously released titles for past Sony consoles, the company did offer gamers a means to enjoy select PlayStation 3 titles.
Through a service known as PlayStation Now, Sony offers gamers the ability to enjoy well over 500 PlayStation 3 video game titles. Gamers who pay a monthly to a yearly fee for PlayStation Now can stream the PlayStation 3 video game titles to their console and today we’re getting word that nine additional video game titles have been added to the service.
Announced through the official PlayStation blog, Sony has unveiled that the following video game titles have been added into PlayStation Now.
PlayStation Now Titles
- Sniper Elite III
- Dark Sector
- Payday 2
- Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
- Terraria
- Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea
- Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends
- Tiny Brains How to Survive
Originally, when Sony rolled out PlayStation Now, gamers could enjoy the service on a number of platforms. However, Sony had recently killed off support for PlayStation Now on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and the select Smart TVs.
Instead, gamers who wish to enjoy a backlog of PlayStation 3 titles without having to purchase them individually can do so directly on the PlayStation 4 and PC platforms.
