Diablo Creator Brevik Responds to Diablo 3 Director’s “F*ck that Loser” Comments

Just a couple of weeks ago, DIablo 3 was thrust into the headlines once again, but this time, for less impressive reasons.

In the interest of not boring you and to cut a long story short, Diablo franchise creator and former Blizzard employee David Brevik was asked what he thought about DIablo 3; Brevik gave his honest answer, and then a few Blizzard employees who developed Diablo 3 saw his response and proceeded to tear him a new one on Facebook. It culminated with Diablo 3 Game Director Jay Wilson saying, "Fuck that loser" on Facebook.

After the internet exploded with hate over Blizzard's attitude, Wilson then issued a public apology a mere few days later.

Well, now David Brevik has spoken out for the first time regarding this incident. In an interview with Videogamer, Brevik had this to say regarding the now-infamous "fuck that loser" comment by Wilson:

Well they were a little surprising sure…but we're all so passionate about what we do.

If you were hoping for more trash-talking, you'll be disappointed as Brevik replied, "of course," when asked if he accepted Wilson's public apology.
