Mass Effect: Andromeda to support HDR

Studio GM Aaryn Flynn has announced on Twitter that the space exploration RPG will support high dynamic range (HDR) on both Xbox One S and PlayStation 4/PlayStation 4 Pro and PC.

HDR is a function that makes games appear clearer, vibrant and luminescent making movies and games appear more realistic. Unfortunately, if you do not own a 4K TV, you won’t see the effects.

Last week Flynn also released some extra tidbits, stating that there won’t be a season pass for Mass Effect: Andromeda and that it won’t be available in Arabic.

Andromeda is set to release 21 March on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
