Those of you who were waiting patiently for an August 19 release of the anticipated Scott Pilgrim vs. The World online multiplayer DLC—the very same DLC that is to contain with it a playable Wallacs Wells—will, quite obviously, have to wait just a bit longer.
Originally, Major Nelson had announced the August release date in a post, but after the content didn’t show up in the XBLA Marketplace, Joystiq did a little bit of digging and received a new release window from Ubisoft which predicted a fall launch. There is no concrete date given, but at least it’s something.
It may not be unfair to suspect that the DLC may come out in October, coinciding with the release of the colour version of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. Either way, we’re going to just have to keep our eyes peeled in the coming few months.
