EA has announced what Dead Space 3 fans will get when they pre-order the game before its February, 2013 launch.
Unsurprisngly called, "Dead Space 3: Limited Edition," the bonuses offer a bunch of exclusive weapons and armors for the game's protagonist to wield in his fight against the Necromorphs.
People who pre-order will receive:
- Witness Suit – An insulated suit to help you explore Tau Volantis' harsh terrain
- First Contact Suit – Built for long term space exposure with thick armor
- Evangelizer Weapon – Heavy duty assault rifle and shotgun combination
- Negotiator Weapon – Tesla powered "instrument" for organic tissue dismemberment
In addition, the site also listed the features Dead Space 3 will offer to those tagging along for Isaac Clarke's third dance with the Necromorphs.
Game Features:
- Play the full campaign in online co-op or single player
- Easy drop-in and drop-out play
- Discover underworld cities and accept side missions
- Explore the frozen terrain and search abandoned encampments
- Discover the source of the Necromorph terror and fight to fend off the extinction of the human race
- Craft unique weapons by gathering components
- Combine, reconfigure, and constantly upgrade your favorites
For those not familiar with how EA's "Limited Editions" work, it's just a fancier way of saying "pre-order bonuses." Just pre-order the game before it's February 5, 2013 release and it will automatically be upgraded to the Limited Edition.
