According to a report by IGN, Nintendo’s upcoming 3D-enabled handheld gaming device, Nintendo 3DS, is set to be a powerful machine compared to its predecessors, Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DS.
IGN spoke to some of the people familiar with the hardware(3DS) under the condition of anonymity who revealed the following specs,
CPU: 2 x 266MHz ARM11
GPU: PICA200 133MHz GPU by DMP
RAM: 64MB
Video RAM: 4MB
Storage: 1.5GB Flash-based
