No Further PlayStation Heroes Packs for Uncharted 3

With characters from Infamous, Killzone and Resistance, the Uncharted 2 PlayStation Heroes Skin DLC gave fans of PlayStation a chance to strut their stuff as characters from some of their other favourite games. It was PlayStation Battle Royale before PlayStation Battle Royale existed, and now that PlayStation Battle Royale definitely exists (I know, I checked) you'd think it would be a nice chance to do some cross-promotion and bring a few of these characters back to Uncharted 3.

Unfortunately, that isn't on the cards. At the official PlayStation Blog, on the post about the Uncharted 3 patch, somebody asked if there were any plans to either bring back the characters available in the pack or extend the available characters by adding skins from other games. The answer was a pretty concrete "no."

"That was a Uncharted 2 pack and we have no plans to include it in Uncharted 3."

Too bad, the chance of playing as Parappa or Fat Princess seemed so close…
