It's no coincidence that this pre-order bump is following right behind the release of the mock-up box art for the intended consoles.

Normally, developer CyberConnect2 releases their titles on a Tuesday, but March 31st is a Sunday. Even though the release date isn't accurate, Saiyan Island believes that March will be the likely release month for Storm 3.
