Latest Dead or Alive 5 Video Shows “Tag Teaming” Women

July 19, 2012 by Alex Co

Tecmo Koei releases a new trailer for Dead or Alive 5 and it highlights the game’s tag gameplay mechanic.

Tecmo Koei has released a new trailer for its upcoming fighter Dead or Alive 5 and it's not focusing on the game's women this time. Okay, that was a lie, it's still focusing on the women and their "jiggly" physics, but the main draw this time is the tag team funcionality that's being used by the game.

Chances are, if you're a fighting game fan, tag teaming is nothing new. But that doesn't mean it's not fun, either. Watch as Team Ninja even uses a wrestling ring for a stage to further exemplify that yes, tag teams are in Dead or Alive 5.

In addition, this trailer confirms that Jeet Kun Do fighter Jann Lee will be in the game. Though, that's nothing new, too, as pretty much every fighting game needs to have a resident Bruce Lee knockoff for some reason.

Dead or Alive 5 will be out on September 25 for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

So, will you be getting this or is Tekken Tag Tournament 2 more your speed?
