Pirates of the Savage Sea Expands Heroes VI with 10 Hours of Content

July 13, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

A new expansion to Might & Magic: Heroes VI adds a ton of new content.

Once a man, sometimes a hero, always a legend. Crag Hack. That's the character you'll be playing in the new, narrative-driven expansion to Might & Magic: Heroes VI.

Crag Hack is a "legacy" hero who's long been a staple of the Might & Magic franchise, and he'll be coming out of retirement to embark on a new and perilous quest.

Titled Pirates of the Savage Sea, the expansion pack follows the events of Heroes VI. Playing the role of Crag Hack, you must investigate the disappearances of ships in the Savage Sea as sudden and mysterious storms erupt over the oceans.

The entire DLC contains over 10 hours of campaign-based content, including new artifacts and bonuses which you can unlock and use in other campaigns. There's a new building to recruit Elemental creatures, new portraits, a Pirate Artifact Set, and a host of new abilities to outfit your heroes with.

Pirates of the Savage Sea is now available on Steam and other digital retailers for $9.99.
