Razer Unveils Blade Pro With GTX 1080 GPU

If you’re in the market for a gaming laptop then there are plenty of choices to run with. However, one particular laptop that is not only able to keep up with the latest triple AAA video game titles but also compatible with VR was just announced. Take a look at the latest Razer Blade Pro which offers an ultra slim form factor while enough components to keep you gaming with some of the most graphically intensified titles.

Razer has been rolling out their manufactured laptops for the past few years now with the latest premium build being the Razer Blade Pro. This particular laptop features a 17-inch IGZO UHD G-Sync 380×2160 display with capacitive multi-touch.

Cracking open the Razer Blade Pro you’ll find that there is a 2.6GHz Intel Core i7-6700HQ quad-core processor that has a turbo of 3.5GHz.  Memory alone will have 32GB dual-channel DDR4 and what may be the most important feature for some gamers, you’ll find that Razer has tossed in a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB GDDR5X VRAM as well. With the specifications listed, this laptop will be readily available for VR gaming with an Oculus Rift or an HTC Vive.

Other features include an anti-ghosting individually back-lit mechanical keyboard, built-in 2.0MP webcam, thunderbolt 3 USB-C, three USB 3.0 ports, along with HDMI 2.0 audio and video output. This particular build from Razer doesn’t come cheap as it will launch with a $3,699 price tag.
