Sideshow to Unveil New Diablo Statue at Comic-Con

July 9, 2012 by Jen Shaffer

The devil is in the details.

If you find yourself at San Diego Comic-Con with some free time, be sure to drop by Sideshow Collectibles booth. They will be revealing the full prototype of their upcoming Diablo statue. If Sideshow's past pricing model has been any indication, this statue will retail for around $200-300 USD.

Sideshow has been doing a bang-up job of taking fantastic moments in gaming history and creating perfect polystone renderings. Gamers are growing up, and we need things to decorate these houses we bought because we thought that was the right thing to do. As adults, it is now totally within our rights to spend over $200 on a statue of our favorite video game character and then display it proudly on a shelf, not tucked away in some garage or basement.

If Comic-Con is not in the cards for you this year, you can always sign up for Sideshow's official newsletter which will contain more information about the newest addition to their lineup.
