The Amazing Spider-Man’s Launch Trailer Swings Right on Schedulde

June 27, 2012 by Alex Co

Activision has released The Amazing Spider-Man’s launch trailer…just in time for the movie!

Activision has released the launch trailer for Beenox's The Amazing Spider-Man game — which, in itself, is an adaptation of a movie that's adapated from a comic book.

The release is right on schedule as The Amazing Spider-Man movie is swinging its way onto most theaters worldwide as we speak. While the game might bear similarities with the movies, it's not a blow-by-blow account of what happens there. I'm quite sure Rhino isn't barreling down New York in the movie, for example.

The trailer itself includes Spidey swinging his way around Manhattan, beating up bad guys and looks cool in doing.

The Amazing Spider-Man looks to break the now-expected sub-standard movie to game tie-in. Let's hope they succeed.

The game's now out on major retailers and it's for the PC, Xbox 360, PS3,Wii, DS and 3DS.
