Gamescom 2016 is underway, and Ubisoft’s press briefing has taken place, with a lot of exciting reveals, announcements and release dates.
During its briefing, the studio revealed the release date for their upcoming open-world action sports game, Steep, and it’s coming on December 2nd for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Pre-orders for Steep’s Standard and Gold Editions are now open, the gold edition includes the main game as well as the season pass, which “gives players access to all major expansions as well as additional digital content, outfits, and equipment, including an exclusive costume.”
There is a normal pre-order bonus however, and it’s called “The Moonlight pack.”

- Glowing equipment for each activity (ski, snowboard, wingsuit and paraglide)
- Wingsuit Rocket Flare
The press release also revealed that the game is going to get a small expansion in the form of a free update after launch, adding the “majestic slopes of Alaska.”
In addition to exploring the Alps, Steep riders will be able to traverse the majestic slopes of Alaska, available as a free update after launch.
