Teaser Image Suggests SEGA will Publish Double Fine’s New Title

May 23, 2012 by Jacob Saylor

Another day, another puzzle.

The picture plastered above this text is what SEGA published not too long ago. The part of the picture that is blacked out, with only a question mark in the middle of it, is – or was – a mystery.

It should come as no surprise that this "jigsaw puzzle" has already been solved. If code regarding the features of Grand Theft Auto V can be found hidden in the depths of Max Payne 3, then this should be cake for even the most green puzzle-solver.

The team over at Sega Bits put together Ron Gilbert's recent character concepts and came to find this absolutely perfect fit.

While the game Gilbert is working on is totally unrelated to the Kickstarter-funded adventure title, it's good to see that the company is finding a source of solid corporate funding. SEGA has seen shaky ground over the past few years, but for now, they seem to have regained their footing.
