Guillermo Del Toro’s inSane is “Not Cancelled”

May 17, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

THQ’s Danny Bilson has denied rumors that inSane has been canned.

THQ

There have been rumors abound that Guillermo del Toro's game inSane was getting cancelled due to the the financial difficulties its publisher, THQ, has been facing in recent months.

When asked to comment on whether the cancellation rumors were true, THQ's Danny Bilson simply had the following to say:

"Guillermo Del Toro's "inSane" is not cancelled!"

The game was first announced a couple of years ago at E3 2010 and has remained in development ever since, with little to no details about it ever surfacing. Coupled with the publisher's financial situation, the secrecy in which the game is being developed may have spurred the rumors.

There's no telling when the game will see release.
