Fallout 4’s PS4 version was expected to support modes starting from June, then it got delayed to July, missing its planned Closed Beta period. Now, Bethesda says they are still working with Sony to support mods on PS4.
The Xbox One and PC versions of the game currently support mods, and there are a ton of them. However, it looks like getting negotiations done with Sony on the subject takes forever. The official Fallout Twitter account tweeted out explaining the delay and what is currently going on.
